摘要(Abstract)：

<正>11临床资料患者男,34岁。主因"间断胸痛20 d"于2019年11月20日就诊于解放军总医院第五医学中心。患者20 d前快走时出现胸痛,位于胸骨后,呈烧灼感,伴四肢乏力,休息5～6 min缓解。近20 d来胸痛反复发作,与活动相关,步行约200 m即可出现。入院当天,患者早餐后步行约100 m,胸痛再次出现,
