心脏植入式电子装置的远程随访与监测

摘要(Abstract):
<正>心脏植入式电子装置,包括起搏器植入式心脏除颤器(ICD)、心脏再同步治疗除颤器(CRT-D)和心脏再同步治疗起搏器(CRT-P)术后,患者需要长期随访。以往,医生只能在程控仪上获得这些数据,不但工作负荷日趋加重,而且患者复查成本较高,会导致失访率增加而带来安全隐患。近年来,随着无线发射技术的成熟和网络技术的普及应用,远程随访和监测成为新一代器械植入术后患者新的管理模式,正逐步得到推广。国外已积累了一些经验,我国正处于起步阶段。以下对目前远程随访和监测的临床应用现状进行综述,
