摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1临床资料病例1患者男,51岁。主因"发作性胸闷气短1个月"于2019年2月28日收入中国人民解放军空军军医大学西京医院。患者1个月前感冒后出现胸闷气短,近半个月出现双下肢水肿,转入中国人民解放军空军军医大学西京医院。既往2型糖尿病10年,目前行胰岛素治疗;无高血压病等病史;吸烟史30年。入院查体:双下肺可闻及湿性啰音,呼吸音弱;
