摘要(Abstract)：
<正>主动脉内球囊反搏(intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation,IABP)是通过主动脉内球囊在心脏舒张期快速充盈和收缩期快速排空的方式,改善冠状动脉和脑血管血流灌注,同时降低心脏后负荷及心肌耗氧量。早期的多项队列研究提示,IABP有助于改善急性ST段抬高心肌梗死(ST-elevation myocardial infarction,STEMI)患者的心脏和其他各器官
