摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1临床资料患者女,73岁。因"间断胸痛6个月,加重1个月"于2019年10月15日入住廊坊市中医医院。既往高血压病史3年,糖尿病病史8年,曾行乳腺癌切除术。入院查体:血压160/90 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa),呼吸18次/分,心率80次/分,心、肺、腹查体未见异常。入院时心电图示:窦性心律,Ⅲ、a VF导联可见异常Q波、T波倒置,V_1～V_6导联T波倒置(图1)。
