原发性高血压介入治疗现状与展望Current situation and prospect of interventional treatment for essential hypertension

摘要(Abstract):
高血压病是目前最常见的慢性非传染性疾病,全球患病率呈逐年上升趋势。目前原发性高血压仍以药物治疗为主,但因患者难以长期坚持服用药物导致控制率低,因此需要其他安全、有效、经济的非药物治疗来达到控制高血压的目的。自1978年首例肾血管性高血压病介入治疗获得成功后,介入治疗不断应用于治疗高血压病。目前针对原发性高血压的介入治疗尝试众多,去肾交感神经术、颈动脉窦压力感受器刺激、髂中央动静脉吻合术、脑神经深度刺激等成为目前研究的热点,多项临床试验和随机对照研究提示介入治疗具有明显的降压效果,但仍需要更多的研究来检验其安全性及可靠性。本文将对以上介入治疗方法进行综述,为原发性高血压的介入治疗提供参考。
