摘要(Abstract):
<正>如何降低急性心肌梗死合并心原性休克患者的死亡率一直是临床面临的重大难题。机械辅助装置例如体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)的应用,为临床支持患者血流动力学提供了一个有效的工具[1-2]。成人心脏应用ECMO数量在过去十多年中迅速增加。体外生命支持组织(Extracorporeal Life Support Organization,ELSO)统计显示,从1997年到2007年的不足200例,到
