评价分叉病变不同边支保护技术中不同导丝对主支支架药物涂层完整性的影响Assessment of the impact of diff erent guide wires in diff erent side branch protection techniques on the coating integrity of drug-eluting stents in main branch of bifurcation lesions

摘要(Abstract):
目的 通过体外分叉血管流体模型模拟不同的边支保护技术,评估不同边支保护技术中不同导丝对主支支架药物涂层的影响。方法 在体外分叉血管流体模型中分别进行拘禁导丝技术、被动拘禁球囊技术、球囊支架对吻技术的操作,每组操作完成后,均使用电镜观察弹簧圈护套导丝和聚合物护套导丝对支架涂层影响的程度。结果 在三组不同的边支保护技术中,弹簧圈护套导丝均显示出对支架涂层更大的破坏性。而聚合物护套导丝对支架涂层的破损均较轻微。结论 在分叉病变的三种边支保护技术中,从支架涂层损伤程度看,聚合物护套导丝更适合边支保护。
