二尖瓣球囊扩张术的并发症及其处理

摘要(Abstract)：
对41例二尖瓣球囊扩张术的并发症进行了总结,结果示:1例(2.4%)发生心脏穿孔(前后2次);2例(4.9%)出现左房附壁血栓;3例(7.3%)新出现二尖瓣返流(Ⅰ°～Ⅱ°),3例原有二尖瓣返流加重(Ⅰ°→Ⅱ°);1例出现右下肢水肿。文中对上述并发症的发生机理、预防及治疗进行了讨论。
