摘要(Abstract)：

目的 总结Convey指引导管在应用球囊跟踪辅助（BAT）技术通过异常桡动脉路径（包括桡动脉迂曲、桡动脉狭窄、桡动脉痉挛），完成经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）的应用体验。方法 选取2019年7月至2020年7月首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院心脏导管室15例异常桡动脉路径患者（包括桡动脉痉挛1例，桡动脉狭窄1例，桡动脉迂曲13例），沿0.014 in(1 in=2.54 cm)导丝同时推送Convey指引导管及预扩张球囊通过桡动脉阻力段，之后退出0.014in导丝及球囊，更换J型导丝送导管至主动脉窦底，完成造影和介入治疗操作。结果 15例患者（男7例，女8例）应用Convey指引导管行BAT技术，均成功经该侧桡动脉完成冠状动脉造影，并成功完成经皮冠状动脉腔内血管成形术及冠状动脉支架置入术。所有患者术后桡动脉造影显示无对比剂外渗。其中2例患者术后穿刺上臂轻度皮下淤肿，予加压包扎后好转；余患者术后即刻至术后2 d内无穿刺点出血、前臂血肿、迷走神经反射及假性动脉瘤发生。结论 Convey指引导管在BAT技术中表现出良好的通过性，是一种解决经桡动脉PCI中因桡动脉路径异常导致导管通过困难时的有效方法，有助于手术顺利完成。
