经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术机器人的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
<正>自从Gruntzig开展经皮冠状动脉球囊扩张成形术以来[1],经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)技术得到飞速发展。然而,与介入器械和影像学技术快速发展不相匹配的是,PCI术模式本身很少得到关注,仍需要术者站立在数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)手术床旁,在X线照射下手动操控介入器械才能完成,这与当年Gruntzig刚刚开展心脏介入术时的模式如出一辙。而长期暴露于射线下的累积电离辐射效应和穿着铅衣导致的骨骼系统疾病,使介入医师的职业危害日益显著,因而亟待研发机器人系统来优化现有PCI术模式。现将PCI术机器人的最新研究进展做一综述。
