多球囊原位扩张脱载支架成功一例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)时发生支架脱载或嵌顿、导丝断裂、血管破裂的并发症十分少见。主要原因有操作技术,病变的特点如慢性闭塞病变、扭曲、钙化、成角、分叉病变等[1]。本病例对左主干(LM)、左前降支(LAD)、左回旋支(LCX)分叉病变处行经典微裤裙支架术(classic mini-culotte stenting)。在LM-LCX置入支架一枚,拟于LM-LAD置入支
