摘要(Abstract)：

老年人群的心血管疾病发病率及死亡率呈逐年上升趋势，急性心肌梗死是老年患者常见的心血管急症。本文介绍了1例106岁超高龄急性心肌梗死合并心原性休克患者，在主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）保护下成功行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）。本病例提示超高龄急性心肌梗死合并心原性休克时，在充分评估病情，结合患者身体状况、合并症等其他因素，在IABP保护下行PCI有望延长患者生命。
