经房间隔左心导管术的经验

摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 1959年Ross和Cope等报道经房间隔左心导管术以来,已得到广泛应用,我国潘治等和朱晓东等于1963年分别报道91及133例的经验,认为有安全、简便、成功率高且可与右心导管术一次进行等优点.70年和80年代Mullins等应用于婴幼儿取得丰富经验.经房间隔左心导管术的迅速发展,则是80年代随着经皮顺行法的二尖瓣、主动脉瓣气囊瓣膜成形术及经房间隔射频电灼疗法的发展而发展.
