<正>二尖瓣反流(mitral regurgitation,MR)是指收缩期血流从左心室逆流至左心房。反流使左心室容量超负荷,左心房代偿性肥大,继而发生神经激素激活及左心室重构,最终导致左心功能衰竭甚至死亡。在美国有超过200万人患有MR,
