普伐他汀治疗原发性高脂血症的临床观察

摘要(Abstract)：
应用普伐他汀治疗原发性高脂血症患者30例,男12例,女18例,年龄37～70岁,平均56.33±8.62岁,全组患者2～4周内在饮食控制的基础上两次空腹血清总胆固醇(TC)≥5.95mmol/L和/或甘油三酯(TG)≥1.76mmol/L,参考高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)男性≤1.04mmol/L,女性≤1.17mmol/L并排除有关疾病等为入选标准,结果显示:服普伐他汀后1周、2周、3周末各血脂指标较治疗前虽有改善但效果不显著,治疗4周后降TC、TG、LDL-C和升HDL-C效果最佳,至8周末疗效维持稳定.已被公认,LDL-C与动脉粥样硬化关系密切,因此,用普伐他汀降血脂治疗对冠心病防治有确切价值,是一种理想的降脂药.
