摘要(Abstract)：

使用碘对比剂的传统X线冠状动脉造影是诊断冠状动脉疾病和确定治疗策略[包括经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）]的金标准技术。然而，对碘对比剂严重过敏和肾功能不全以及严重甲状腺功能亢进的患者限制了碘对比剂的使用，尤其在面临急性冠状动脉综合征需要急诊PCI时。钆对比剂主要开发用于磁共振成像，能否将其应用于冠状动脉造影，目前相关研究很少。本病例报道1例使用碘对比剂发生严重过敏反应的患者，最终通过应用钆对比剂联合血管内超声指导成功完成复杂PCI。通过该病例并回顾相关文献，为碘对比剂禁忌证患者行冠状动脉检查及治疗提供新的思路。
