生物电阻抗法测量的内脏脂肪面积与性别年龄及代谢性因素的相关性分析Association of visceral fat area measured by bioelectrical impedance analysis with sex,age and metabolic risk factors

摘要(Abstract):
目的探索生物电阻抗法测量的内脏脂肪面积(visceral fat area,VFA)在不同性别、年龄患者中的分布特点及其与代谢性因素的相关性。方法入选2014年8—10月在北京大学第一医院心内科住院的患者72例,采用欧姆龙DUALSCAN HDS-2000装置测量VFA和皮下脂肪面积(subcutaneous fat area,SFA),比较不同性别、年龄患者间VFA的差异,分析VFA与代谢性因素的相关性。结果男性患者的VFA显著高于女性患者[(114.04±38.27)cm~2比(92.09±30.57)cm~2,P=0.019],而SFA显著低于女性患者[(223.92±73.58)cm~2比(270.35±82.13)cm~2,P=0.019],差异均有统计学意义;不同年龄段间VFA比较,差异均无统计学意义(P=0.582)。Pearson分析显示,VFA与体质量指数(r=0.748,P<0.001)、腰臀比(r=0.577,P<0.001)、腹围(r=0.752,P<0.001)及糖化血红蛋白(r=0.413,P=0.001)呈正相关;无论男性患者(r=0.777,P<0.001)还是女性患者(r=0.601,P=0.002),SFA与VFA均呈正相关。结论生物电阻抗法测量的VFA及SFA存在性别差异,VFA可能与血糖水平以及糖尿病相关。
