冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变合并左心室收缩功能不全的治疗进展Advances in the treatment of coronary chronic total occlusion with left ventricular systolic dysfunction

摘要(Abstract):
慢性完全闭塞(CTO)病变是一类复杂的冠状动脉病变类型,而合并左心室收缩功能不全(LVSD)为CTO病变疾病的管理带来了更大的挑战。由于临床研究大多将这类复杂高危人群排除在外,因此目前对于CTO病变合并LVSD的认识十分有限,并极大限制了规范的临床诊疗。本文围绕CTO病变合并LVSD患者的人群特征、血运重建的临床获益、治疗策略的选择以及优化治疗的途径等进行综述,以期为临床诊疗提供参考。
