急症经皮球囊二尖瓣扩张术在救治二尖瓣狭窄合并急性肺水肿的应用

摘要(Abstract)：
本文报告5例合并急性肺水肿的二尖瓣狭窄患者进行急症经皮球囊二尖瓣扩张术（PBMV）取得成功的经验。其中女性4例，男性1例，年龄42±13．2岁。5例患者的手术均成功，术后肺水肿立刻消退，其中4例症状明显改善出院，1例于PBMV后1个月行择期行二尖瓣置技术．结果表明，采用In－oue技术对二尖瓣狭窄合并急性肺水肿患者进行急症治疗是一种有效的方法。
