射频球囊消融术——射频能量与血管壁反应关系的实验研究Potential of Radio-Frequency Balloon Angioplalty dose - response Relationship and Correllative histology

摘要(Abstract):
本文利用家兔正常及拉伤髂动脉段进行射频球囊扩张术,射频能量在20~50J,血管壁内弹力膜完整,中层内1/3少量细胞核脱失,结构致密,外膜结构完整;50~80J射频能量进行球囊扩张,部分细胞坏死波及血管中层内1/3,内膜,内弹力膜及中层被压缩而紧密结合,无大面积疑固性坏死及血栓形成,大于90J射频能量可见到血管壁焦化或汽化.热塑作用结合压力可弥合撕裂的血管壁,使撕裂的血管内膜、内弹力膜及血管中层紧密结合在一起.射频球囊扩张术对血管介入治疗是定全可靠的,对单纯球囊扩张术后血管撕裂有良好的综合作用.
