摘要(Abstract)：

右冠状动脉异位起源于左前降支是非常罕见的先天性异常，作为间隔支分支的右冠状动脉临床少有报道。本文报道1例此罕见病例，患者52岁女性，因“突发心前区疼痛4 h，晕厥1次”就诊，心电图提示V_1～V_4,V_3R、V_4R、V_5R导联ST段抬高约0.1～0.3mV，血压63/40mmHg，考虑诊断为急性前壁、右心室ST段抬高型心肌梗死，心原性休克。予主动脉内球囊反搏（IABP）辅助下行急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗，处理罪犯病变时意外发现右冠状动脉作为一分支血管异位起源于第二间隔支开口处。
