摘要(Abstract):
三尖瓣反流(TR)是一种常见的瓣膜性心脏病,其患病率随年龄增长而增加,严重影响患者预后。然而,三尖瓣病变的治疗决策面临诸多挑战,包括手术风险评估、治疗时机选择以及不同治疗方式的比较。传统的风险评分系统在三尖瓣疾病中的预测效能有限,亟需开发专门的风险评估工具。本文旨在系统评价TRI-SCORE风险评分系统的构建、验证及其在外科手术与经导管介入治疗中的预测效能与临床应用价值,为三尖瓣疾病的精准管理提供循证依据。
