双气囊经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术一例报告并文献复习

摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 患者男性,53岁,于1984年11月因劳累性胸痛一年行冠状动脉搭桥术,术后胸痛消失.1988年10月,胸痛复发,同年11月7日严重胸痛持续1小时,造影见左前降支近中1/3交界处完全阻塞,远端2/3由通畅的静脉桥供血.左旋支主干细小且有广泛性狭窄,第一钝缘支由通畅的静脉桥充盈.右冠状动脉
