摘要(Abstract)：

经皮冠状动脉介入治疗是导致冠状动脉瘤样扩张的原因之一，发病率较低。目前经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后冠状动脉瘤样扩张的发病机制尚未明确，在治疗方案上的争议依然不断。本文就该疾病的分型、流行病学、发病机制、临床表现、诊断及治疗等方面的研究进展作一综述。
