冠状动脉支架断裂的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
<正>冠状动脉支架在冠心病治疗中被广泛应用。支架从早期的裸金属支架升级到第一代、第二代药物洗脱支架,不仅载药模式发生巨大变化,而且支架的材料、钢梁厚度等都发生明显变化。随着置入技术的不断成熟,冠状动脉支架不仅应用于简单的A型病变,也广泛应用于扭曲成角、钙化、血栓、慢性闭塞性等C型复杂病变。由于心脏的持续搏动,冠状动脉支架受到持续的力学作用,会不可避免地出现金属疲劳、损伤,甚至在一些地方发生冠状动脉支架断裂(coronary stent fracture,CSF)。临床上CSF实际发生率并不低,但往往不被重视,由此引发的支架内再狭窄(in-stent restenosis,ISR)、支架内血栓形成(stent thrombosis,ST)甚至冠状动脉破裂的病因也常常
