摘要(Abstract)：

<正>2014年中国发表的《急性冠状动脉综合征患者强化他汀治疗专家共识》再次强调采取强化他汀治疗、遏制我国急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)高发趋势的重要性[1]。与2013年发表的《美国心脏协会(AHA)/美国心脏病学会(ACC)成人降低血胆固醇减少动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)风险指南》明确ASCVD无他汀禁忌患者需要高强度他汀治疗[每日剂量平均约降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)>50%]一致[2]。值得注意的是新指南强调,
