摘要(Abstract)：

<正>患者女,57岁,因"反复头晕、头胀痛10年",于2013年6月30日入住上海中医药大学附属普陀医院心内科。高血压病史10余年,平时服用六联药物:硝苯地平,60 mg,每日一次;氢氯噻嗪,25 mg,每日一次;螺内酯,25 mg,每日一次;美托洛尔,47.5 mg,每日一次;贝那普利,10 mg,每日一次;可乐定,7.5 mg,每日一次。血压在200/100 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)左右波动,血压最高时达220/100 mm Hg。多囊肾病(polycystic kidney disease,PKD)史10余年,糖尿病史6年余,平时服用格列齐特(30 mg),血糖控制尚可。体格检查:血
