摘要(Abstract)：

越来越多的证据表明，心绞痛和缺血的非心外膜冠状动脉原因，包括冠状动脉微血管功能障碍、血管痉挛障碍和心肌代谢紊乱，比血流限制性狭窄更常见。为此，2019年欧洲心脏病学会（ESC）指南首次提出慢性冠状动脉综合征的概念，以替代稳定性冠心病的诊断术语。2024年ESC指南进一步明确了慢性冠状动脉综合征的定义。新近，美国心脏协会（AHA）和ESC则建议将稳定性冠心病的诊断术语改名为非急性心肌缺血综合征。这些反映了对稳定性冠心病病理生理学的认识在不断深化，必将带来对稳定性冠心病的进一步精准分类，更好地指导临床实践。
