<正>1急性冠状动脉综合征流行病学资料及病理生理学基础近年来,随着居民生活水平的提高及生活方式的变化,急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome, ACS)已成为威胁全球人类健康的头号死亡杀手。尽管临床中再灌注治疗策略不断改进、二级药物预防不断优化、心脏康复理念逐渐深入人心,ACS仍然是最为常见的心血管急重症之一。特别是急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者致死率、致残
