摘要(Abstract)：

<正>心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)是临床上最常见的心律失常之一。流行病学调查表明,我国一般人群AF的总患病率高达0.77%,标准化率为0.61%,且有随年龄上升的趋势[1]。AF患者血栓形成是心血管疾病致死致残的重要原因,且危险性随患者年龄增长而增加。口服抗凝药物是预防AF患者脑梗死的有效治疗方法,然而,口服抗凝药物往往因出血风险高、治疗时间窗窄、需长期监测国际标准化比值
