冠状动脉支架20例临床应用体会

摘要(Abstract)：
20例冠状动脉支架(Gianturco-Roubin支架)均植入成功,1例左前降支冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)时急性阻塞而行支架术,患者于术后3小时出现-过性胸前导联病理性Q波,其余各例无冠状动脉内支架急怀或亚急性血栓性阻塞并发症.因此,用Gianturco-Roubin支架在处理PTCA并发冠状动脉急性阴塞时安全有效.
