摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1临床资料患者女,76岁。主因"活动时心慌2年,加重伴气短2个月"于2019年12月9日收治于武汉亚洲心脏病医院心内科。既往曾因心慌于外院就诊,诊断为"心律不齐",曾间断口服地尔硫,间断好转。近2个月患者心慌不适加重,伴有轻度活动时气短。既往高血压病病史10余年,血压控制良好。入院查体:呼吸20次/分,心率122次/分,血压150/100mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),双肺底可闻及少量湿性啰音,心律绝对不齐,第一心音强弱不等,心脏各瓣膜听诊区未闻及杂音;双下肢无水肿,双侧桡动脉及足背动脉搏动对称。实验室检查:三酰甘油4.32 mmol/L,总胆固醇6.52 mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇3.83 mmol/L;肌酐109μmol/L,
