缺血后适应在急性ST段抬高心肌梗死患者中的应用

摘要(Abstract):
<正>急性ST段抬高心肌梗死(STEMI)是急性心肌梗死的一种常见类型。每年大约有300万人被诊断为急性STEMI[1]。急性STEMI住院期间的死亡率为6%~14%[2],是严重危害人类健康的疾病之一。欧洲心脏病学会(ESC)指南推荐,急诊直接经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)是急性STEMI的首选治疗方法[3]。然而,迅速的血流再通会使缺血所致的心肌代谢障碍及结构破坏进一步加重,这种现象称为缺血再灌注损伤(ischaemic-reperfusion injury)[4]。缺血后适应(ischemic postconditioning)旨在降低再灌注损伤,即在持续性心肌缺血后,血流再通的最初几分钟内重复、
