摘要(Abstract)：
目的 用纤维蛋白原转化成的纤维蛋白刺激培养的血管平滑肌细胞，通过细胞计数和３Ｈ－胸腺嘧啶参入的方法，测定平滑肌细胞的增殖情况，并用 Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｒｎ 杂交的方法观测其ｃ－ｆｏｓ、ｃ－ｍ ｙｃｍ ＲＮＡ水平。结果 纤维蛋白可明显促进平滑肌细胞的增殖，其作用呈浓度依赖关系。静止状态细胞，ｃ－ｆｏｓ、ｃ－ｍ ｙｃ 的ｍ ＲＮＡ 呈低表达，纤维蛋白刺激后，二者表达均明显增加。结论 纤维蛋白刺激平滑肌细胞的增殖与促进ｃ－ｆｏｓ、ｃ－ｍ ｙｃ原癌基因的表达有关
