准分子激光在经桡动脉复杂冠状动脉病变介入治疗中的应用

摘要(Abstract):
<正>准分子激光在20世纪80年代首次用于治疗动脉粥样硬化性血管性疾病,最初仅仅是用于治疗动脉粥样硬化造成的严重肢端缺血[1]。基于激光可以被粥样硬化组织吸收这一特性,产生了激光可以用于治疗冠状动脉和外周血管闭塞病变的理论[2]。在冠状动脉支架诞生之前,对存在狭窄的冠状动脉进行单纯球囊扩张,术后血管的再狭窄甚至闭塞风险仍然较高,而通过激光治疗对斑块进行消融则在当时作为治疗再狭窄或闭塞的一种方法[3]。尽管早年发表的大型临床
