摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1临床资料患者男,63岁。因"活动后胸闷、胸痛5年余,加重伴呼吸困难1 d"于2017年7月3日入住上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院。患者既往高血压病史10余年,平时口服硝苯地平,血压控制在140/90 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa)左右;银屑病史20余年,长期外用激素软膏治疗。本次入院3周前自觉染发后面部瘙痒脱屑加重,于就近医院诊治,
