后间隔旁路心动过速的诊断和治疗进展

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>房室旁路折返是室上性心动过速常见的原因之一,它可具有前向和逆向传导功能(预激综合征)或只有逆向传导功能(隐匿性旁路).房室旁路的解剖组织学基础是发育过程中障碍而残存的房室联系.最多见的是游离壁的房室旁路,但随着非药物治疗室上性心动过速的开展,发现后间隔旁路所占的比例近乎达1/3.由于后间隔旁路位于接近中心纤维体的区域,解剖关系复杂,分布多样并靠近冠状窦口.因此给诊断和治疗带来一定的因难,近些年有关这方面的研究取得了进展.
