摘要(Abstract)：

<正>2012年12月1日厦门市心脏中心为1例不稳定型心绞痛患者实施了完全生物可降解支架置入术,现将患者的基本情况、手术过程和术后18个月的随访情况报道如下。患者男,65岁,主因"反复发作性胸痛1月余"入院。既往高血压病史3年,吸烟10余年。入院血压(BP):120/70 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),心界不大,心率(HR):72次/min,律齐,双下肢无水肿。血液生化检查均正常,
