摘要(Abstract):
<正>1冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变概述冠状动脉慢性闭塞病变(CTO)是指冠状动脉管腔完全闭塞且闭塞时间>3个月的病变~([1])。尽管新的治疗设备、器械以及技术的出现,对于CTO介入治疗的成功起到了重要作用~([2]),但CTO的经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)仍然是冠心病介入治疗领域的热点与难点。在PCI术前对CTO进行合理影像学评估,对术者采取更加
