摘要(Abstract)：

<正>经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)已经成为冠心病治疗的主要手段。近10年来,我国冠心病PCI例数保持15%~20%的年均增长率~[1]。而随着支架使用数量的增加,支架内再狭窄(in-stent restenosis,ISR)问题日益严重~[2]。在当前ISR治疗方案中,冠状动脉旁路移植术的危险因素及禁忌证较多~[3],而再次置入支架则可能引发再次
