慢性心力衰竭患者心脏再同步化治疗后超反应一例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>患者男,37岁,主因活动后胸闷、气短3年,加重不能平卧伴双下肢水肿半年,坐轮椅就诊,2011年10月25日入院。超声心动图示:全心扩大,左心室各壁弥漫性收缩运动减弱,左心室收缩末期内径(LVESd)6.6 cm,左心室射血分数(LVEF)23%。心电图示:窦性心律,完全性左束支阻滞(QRS时限180 ms),Ⅰ度房室传导阻滞(图1A)。临床诊断:扩张型心肌病,窦性心律,心脏扩大,
