摘要(Abstract)：

<正>目前，我国心血管病患病率仍处于上升阶段。心血管病现患人数约3.3亿，其中冠心病患者约1139万人~([1])。2019年《欧洲心脏病学会慢性冠状动脉综合征诊断和管理指南》~([2])根据临床表现将冠心病分为急性冠状动脉综合征（acute coronary syndromes,ACS）和慢性冠状动脉综合征（chroniccoronary syndromes,CCS），对不同临床类型的CCS提出了诊治和管理新理念，并将增强型体外反搏（enhanced external counter-pulsation,EECP）纳入治疗推荐。
