冠状动脉微血管疾病评价技术现状与未来

摘要(Abstract):
<正>冠状动脉循环系统由三个部分组成:即近端的心外膜冠状动脉,直径从数毫米到500μm,几乎不产生对血流的阻力;中间部分的前小动脉,直径100~500μm,只对血流产生微小的阻力;远端部分的微小动脉,直径<100μm,是血流阻力的主要产生部位。后两者共同组成冠状动脉微循环。冠状动脉微循环的一个重要生理特征是冠状动脉血流储备(coronary flow reserve,CFR),这一概念被定义为冠状动脉微循环接近最大程度扩张时,冠状动脉血流量(coronary blood flow,CBF)或心肌血流
