摘要(Abstract)：

<正>双联抗血小板治疗(dual anti-platelet therapy,DAPT)已成为接受支架置入的经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)后患者管理的基石,能够有效降低支架内血栓发生风险[1-2]。阿司匹林联合一种P2Y12抑制剂是目前PCI患者DAPT的金标准,可以显著降低不良心血管事件的发生率,所以在国内外指南中均被列为Ⅰ类建
