摘要(Abstract)：

<正>心房颤动(房颤)和心力衰竭都是常见的临床情况。全球约有3350万例房颤患者,从1990年到2010年,全球房颤负荷增加了18.8%(男性)/18.9%(女性)[1]。预计到2030年,美国将有1210万例房颤患者[2]。美国20岁以上成人中有650万例心力衰竭患者[3]。预计到2030年,美国将有超过800万例心力衰竭患者[4]。房颤和心力衰竭有共同的危险因素,例如冠心病、高血压病、糖尿病、心脏瓣膜病、肾疾病、肥胖、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征
