微导管远端穿通技术成功恢复急性闭塞迂曲左回旋支血流1例Revascularization of urgent occlusion of a tortuous left circumflex artery with microcatheter distal penetration technique

摘要(Abstract):
本病例为左主干分叉和左回旋支重度迂曲成角高难度病变,介入治疗术中出现左回旋支夹层后急性闭塞并发症。最终通过微导管远端穿通技术建立近段真腔和远段真腔微通道,成功恢复血流,保证了心肌灌注。
