摘要(Abstract)：

本病例为左主干分叉和左回旋支重度迂曲成角高难度病变，介入治疗术中出现左回旋支夹层后急性闭塞并发症。最终通过微导管远端穿通技术建立近段真腔和远段真腔微通道，成功恢复血流，保证了心肌灌注。
