摘要(Abstract)：
<正>近年来心力衰竭的患病率逐年增高,成为严重的公共卫生问题。据国外统计,人群中患病率约为1.5%~2.0%,65岁以上可达6%~10%。在过去的40年中,心力衰竭导致的死亡增加了6倍。我国心力衰竭患病率为0.9%,病因中冠心病由1980年的36.8%上升至2000年的45.6%,居各种病因之首[1]。急性心肌梗死后大约有20%~50%的患者会发展为心力衰竭,特别是前壁心肌梗死。急性前壁心肌梗死后心肌坏死和随后的瘢痕化,导致左心室重构,引起
