<正>冠脉分叉病变是指冠脉主支、分支部位分别或同时存在的冠脉严重狭窄的病变,主要包括前降支-对角支、回旋支-钝缘支、右冠状动脉远端分叉和左主干分叉病变,约占所有冠状动脉介入治疗的16%,分支血管直径较大≥2.5mm,病变累及分支血管开口部位或近段时,主支和分支均置入支
