3D打印在冠状动脉梗阻风险患者经导管主动脉瓣置换术前评估中的应用2例Application of 3D printing in the preoperative evaluation of transcatheter aortic valve replacement for patients at risk of coronary artery obstruction:two case reports

摘要(Abstract):
经导管主动脉瓣置换术(TAVR)是目前治疗主动脉瓣疾病的主要策略之一,术前影像学评估对TAVR手术方案的制定和并发症发生风险的预防具有重要意义。不同于平面影像图像重建技术,3D打印技术的应用,可以精准呈现主动脉根部解剖结构,并通过体外模拟进一步评估TAVR手术风险及治疗策略,尤其是对于冠状动脉梗阻风险的评估及干预策略的制定。本文报道2例术前经3D打印主动脉根部解剖仿真模型并结合体外球囊扩张/瓣膜置入测试,评估及应对CT血管造影平面影像重建提示冠状动脉梗阻风险的TAVR患者。
